But I had a particularly bad experience. I wish the tables weren't quite so jammed together, it's difficult to watch a show and eat with a full table. The music was great, their sound system was very nice. Service was super slow. Also, I had an allergic reaction while there and the server I had did not seem very concerned. I was told *multiple* times that what I ate did not have nuts even though I was starting to have a reaction and I swear whatever was crunchy in the sauce was not "crystallized stuff from the sausage" but was a nut paste with chunks of some sort. I started to question myself if I was going crazy. How does the kitchen staff not know what they are serving ESPECIALLY when it's a major allergen. I'm not convinced that the server actually talked to the person who prepped the food. Even later after I had decided to take a Benadryl, a different waitress told me there wasn't nuts in anything. She asked if I wanted a full ingredient list, and yes obviously I would have liked that! At this point my throat was itchy, my eyes were driving me crazy and I was starting to get hot. I was ready to cash out, and the manager came by and sincerely apologized and expressed her embarrassment for the entire situation as she realized that the sauce on the dish was definitely an issue for me. I appreciate that she tried to remedy the situation, but they are lucky I didn't have a crazy anaphylaxis reaction due to their negligence. I would have taken my meds sooner, possibly having a less intense reaction. I'm still dealing with the fallout today with a rebound of symptoms.Their food tasted good but I think it's over priced for what it is. I hope it's expensive to help cover costs for the entertainment. Drinks are also pricey. I got their wings with their hot sauce and I appreciated the heat, though the brine was a bit heavy. Their fries are run of the mill steak fries and nothing to write home about. I also had half of the stuffed portobello, which tasted good but was way more creamy and less sausagey than I thought it would be and also had almonds in it which I was not aware of. I now know to avoid romesco in the future. I would definitely give them another chance with a smaller group and be incredibly clear of an allergy up front.
