This is our 5th time staying here and it's always a good time. Check in takes forever though. Food options in hotel are great!

Lack of maintenance, hotel isn't that aged yet , but it's deteriorated badly. The beds are soft like 30 yrs old. Robes are severely worn and torn. See pic. House cleanings didn't do a good job , you have to call them to clean it. The texting number didn't respond to your needs.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolute trash.
Stayed in the upstairs huge suite with my friends for 2 nights. Upon check in they said our room wasn't ready. They made us wait 2 hours. Once we get to the room there was a giant bag of dirty towels next to the door. We get inside and the place was gross. Cigarette butts everywhere and literally male fluid on the outside couch. Had to call them up to ACTUALLY clean. Left for the night and when we got back; I shit you not, there was a swat team kicking in the door next to us. Next day I went to sit by the pool. You have to walk through the casino to get to the pool. I was wearing a bikini and forced to go upstairs and cover up. Unless you get to the pool at 7am, don't even think about getting a chair. The only redemption was the chandler bar
Be the first to ReplyThis place has really gone downhill since my last stay 5
This place has really gone downhill since my last stay 5 years ago. I regret staying here in 2024. My room was sticky and stained in spots. There was a bandaid on the wall in the shower. There was confusion about parking. The difference was $36. They refuse to work with me on it. It's really the principle. They come off as kind of desperate. Like it's dirty and rundown and they aren't about to credit you back $36 once they get it. There is no illusion of glamour at this place and that's the main thing Vegas is supposed to provide. Issue with parking - they explain at check in if you use your card key to exit / enter your parking will be charged to your room. But what they are doing is charging you a daily parking rate. So if you spend some of your trip at a friends hotel parking there you are still getting charged for parking here.

My money got STOLEN from housekeeper while I went to get a lunch! I had money in my back pack, jacket, bag and passport holder. ALL IS GONE! Security said I have two options to call police or report to lost and found HAHA They didn't even try to talk to housekeeper in front of me or anything. Manager said they will get back to me but I never received call back. Terrible experience

Be the first to ReplyI could have sworn I booked an upscale hotel tonight.
Blood stained towel, Debri still on the floor... what is even going on here?! I called the front desk and they just said they would call house keeping. to pick up the trash. I can do that myself, ew!

Worth every penny! Great views, rooms, food, service, gambling, drinks, etc. one location has it all. My new favorite place to be. Stayed at almost every place on the strip.

So here we are at 9 pm still not in the room we paid for after two hours. It looks like we are finally headed to the room after the front desk downgraded us from a one bedroom suite because our room type that we paid for wasn't . Manager on duty tonight is Adriana and she wouldn't speak to me. Apparently they told my spouse they weren't going to apologize for the inconvenience- to be clear she said she didn't want credit or a discount just an apology and they told her to pound sand. A bit shocked as I've had better service at a courtyard by Marriott. Try a little.

UPDATE TO 2023! 0/5 if I could due to poor service with manager ANASTASIA. Unlike the last review, the service we received this time around was so poor and unprofessional. Me and my fiancรฉ arrived for check in, and were told that unfortunately the hotel OVERBOOKED and we are not getting the room we signed up for. I'm sorry but an error on the hotels end should not be enforced upon a guest. We specifically said we will even downgrade the room in order to have a King bed instead of two queen beds. The girl helping us promised we would get a king bed with a fountain view and she apologized for the inconvenience. We understood, and we're willing to settle for this although it was unfavored. What we walked into: a Handicap room (the shower is so small you can't move), DIRTY RUG, and a parking lot view of the area (with no balcony). Clearly frustrated, we went downstairs and asked to speak with manager Anastasia. The poor level of professionalism was so surprising. Anastasia not only dismissed our needs and concerns, she went on to validate all of their mistakes by stating that our room was booked through promotion and these things could happen. This was the worst way possible this situation could have been handled. She needs a few lessons on management. Instead of mending the situation and offering something to spending customers (who got a promo due to lots of money being given to your establishment), she went on to uphold an entitled and snobby attitude. Cosmopolitan just lost two great customers due to a lack in professionalism and disregard.
Be the first to ReplyMy goodness.
This hotel, I have no idea where to start. We stayed at this hotel for two or three nights of our week vacation in Vegas. And I wish I would've stayed longer. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at... And I travel a lot. From the moment you walk in, the lobby is to die for. Very sensual, very sexual, the aroma hits you immediately, and you are tied into the Vegas feel.At guest services, they were able to accommodate all my request. We got a view of the Bellagio fountain from our room. This was phenomenal. If you are staying at this hotel, you cannot stay in any other room other than a room that gives you a view to the Bellagio fountain. You get the entire strip of the view and it's just breathtaking. Our room was ginormous, usually when I go on vacation I always get a feeling that I wanna go back home to my own bed to my own shower to my own house. But here, I did not get that feeling at all. Their bathroom is ginormous you have room to do everything, they have a tub, their shower is so up-to-date and clean. They literally have two TVs located in your room. There is so much to do inside this hotel from shopping, to eating, to exploring. The only thing I would say, is that their lighting in the room stays with the same vibe of the hotel, so it's very dull, very dark very sexual so the lighting could be a little better. But everything else was by far a dream I didn't want to leave.
Be the first to ReplyLovely room and stay!! Great room service.
. highly recommend room 2801 for the wrap around balcony.. perfect view of Balagio fountain.. 2 bathrooms. Very bright and the bed and pillow's were perfect !! I want to buy those pillows.
Be the first to ReplyThis was a great hotel experience.
The rooms were fabulous with a beautiful view of the bellagio fountain. There is also a walkway to the crystals shop with a team that takes you directly to the bellagio. The hotel is catered to adults which is nice if you want to just do your own thing and not interact with kids on your trip. The hotel was gorgeous. Also the food hall with Hattie Bs, district donut, and the sushi place was wonderful. There are a lot of options for food which is also great. Wicked spoon for brunch was great.
Be the first to ReplyThis was most relaxing Vegas getaway ever! We used to stay
This was most relaxing Vegas getaway ever! We used to stay in Aria and Wynn before but Cosmo views and service stole our hearts! First of all we got suite room on high floor with 2 full size bathrooms! the room was huge with balconies. Thats a big plus because not many hotels in Vegas has that.Check in was very confusing. We didn't know we could skip the line. We arrived very late around 9 PM and it was very big line and not clear that if we are members we can skip the main line. It was our first time in hotel so we didn't know. Also their "lounge" that have basic coffee is not so great. Aria and Wynn had separate lounges for top tier "rooms" with a lot of refreshable and seating area. Cosmo lounge just had one sofa and huge line for free coffee. This was a downside little bit. Also person at the checkin said pool is closed and later I discovered pool was open.Spa area is very nice. Men and women separately. Plenty of water, snacks and tea provided, however to me spa area was very crowded. There were a lot of people and not enough space. I don't know if I would go again. 2 hours was more than enough. The jacuzzi is nice with waterfall shower but beside that 2 steam rooms and sauna, thats it.FoodRestaurant options were ok. however we didn't had good experience at Beauty & Essex very overpriced subpar food with bad service. I recommend Toca Madera instead.Egg slut don't even bother to get breakfast there, we stood 40 minutes and line was not even half left. Sushi bar is very nice but only cold options are available.Wicked spoon was absolutely disaster. Maybe I am not buffet fan but all we got was half cooked omelet, raw lamb, and sweets tasted very poor. ( Not a gourmet place for sure)Starbucks is very full in the morning takes at least 20 minutes.Henry is very busy for breakfast 1 hour wait line, I recommend make a reservation. Food was somewhat ok there, big portions, good coffee.District place didn't had a good options, we came here because we gave up on Eggslut. My burrito wasn't tasty as well as breakfast sandwich was very very salty. Bacon cuts were uneatable. For food options I would choose something else.Lobby lounge bar is ok had a chocolate martini there & ginger ale.Pool area is very nice it wasn't so crowded in November because it was cold. For me it was great.Overall we had very relaxing stay and didn't want to leave our room much with extra spa experience and those insane views.
Be the first to ReplyI stayed here with my family upon my first time ever visit
I stayed here with my family upon my first time ever visit in Las Vegas. After experiencing this hotel I don't think that I need to stay anywhere else ever again. This hotel truly has it all. If you did not want to leave the hotel the entire trip, you wouldn't even have to. Everything you need is here. This hotel offers a luxury experience from the moment you enter the lobby, to the moment you enter your room, the restaurants, the clubs, the spa, and all of the other amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and will make you feel like you are at home. Out of all the hotels that I visited during my time in Vegas the cosmopolitan seems to be the nicest and most contemporary of them all.

Be the first to ReplyThe hotel is nice with tons of things to keep you
The hotel is nice with tons of things to keep you entertained, and we had a lovely view from our room. The issue with this hotel is the service. We were supposed to get an upgraded room, but we were given a room that didn't even have enough beds. Fortunately they had other rooms available and we were able to get the room we needed. But we still should've taken this as a sign. Multiple times over our trip we were promised perks, such as credits to use at the hotel and slot play money. The problem was that every time we would go to claim a perk, we were told that the perk didn't exist in the account and that the employee who told us about the perk made a mistake. This happened over and over with every perk. But the thing that is truly inexcusable was the refusal for this hotel to service our room. 4 separate requests over three days, both via text and in person, and no one ever serviced our room the entire 4 days we were there. Overflowing trash cans, dirty floors, no fresh towels..... disgusting. We finally had to be those people and placed all the trash in a couple of shopping bags and had to leave it in the hall. There were also so many food carts left in the hallway in the evening that not only did the entire floor smell like old food, we actually had to move carts out of the way just to get to our room. Inexcusable service, especially for the price paid, and no one willing to help. Everytime we had a problem, we never encountered a single employee that could actually help us. Overall disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful hotel, wonderful service.
Lots of things to do besides gambling (although we all won here!) we'll definitely stay here on future trips to Las Vegas.
