I have been here multiple times.
Really good coffee, so far had the macchiato and flat white. For lunch they have a wide selection. Tried the rye bread and avocado with poched egg and feta, which was really good.Tried the man bowl with quinoa and teriyaki. My friend had the man bowl with brown rice and chicken. I really want to give them more in rating, but I got a brown rice even though I ordered quinoa, I told the waiter and could see some guys get my order with quinoa, but she refused that she had mixed up the order, even though the guys said that they had ordered with brown rice, it then took another 10pm to get my real order. It then in the same sitting took 40min for my friend to get her order on a lunch break, because they had forgotten. They clearly have no control over the orders. The waiter said sorry for the delay, but that was it. Good food and coffee, but poor time management.

This is a perfect option for gluten free selections, very good for variety and quality.

It was a nice healthy choice, but in a sea of healthy food like London, the avocado toast needed seasoning to be anything but blah. I wish there was salt out on the tables but alas, no. I'm not saying it's not good, it just isn't worth stepping out for. The menu is full of great options, but with three people we tried a few things and nothing got more than a 'meh' response.
Be the first to ReplyBest healthy food I've had in a long time from a restaurant.
Tastes really good and authentic

I'm not sure if I came on an off day but I have to admit I was underwhelmed. The pictures and reviews here seemed really good but the food was not as good as I expected. I got the goodness salad and it came with very little dressing and just wasn't very good overall. It did not look like the pictures. It did taste extremely healthy though so if that's what you're looking for then this might be a good choice. On a positive note, the staff here were really friendly and the service is good too.

Sooooooo good!! Everything is so healthy but even more delicious! I loved it! I had the porridge and the turtle smoothie. The oatmeal had açaí compote which really made it amazing. My brother got the breakfast burrito and it was really good. "This is the healthiest burrito I've ever had" but he still loved it. The coffee was spectacular as well. It's a little pricey but you really get what you pay for!

I got caught in the rainstorm while doing some shopping, but wanted to try something healthy to help with the jetlag and airplane food in my system.Everything sounded tasty - full of healthy ingredients, vegetarian, vegan, or sustainable meat and plenty of plants. I opted for the MAN BOWL - Shredded Greens, Roasted Broccoli, Teriyaki Sauce, Pickled Chilli, and Sesame Seeds with tofu and brown rice. I ordered at the counter, then took a seat at one of the bar stools along the top of the stairwell, as it wasn't crowded, but there was one person at every table. The bowl came quickly. It wasn't quite as flavorful as I'd wanted it to be, as the tofu was cooked plain then topped with sauce and sesame seeds, rather than being cooked in any sauce that I could taste. Still it was a healthy option, decently priced.Though the space was small, it was always busy, particularly with delivery guys coming and going.

This place rocks! A funky, narrow little place, that has a nice relaxed vibe, from both the staff and music played. I stopped by for breakfast on a Monday morning, and was able to easily get a table. The menu has a lot of great and varied options, and I finally decided on the Bel Air. Awesome. Fantastic. Tasty. Cooked right. Nothing annoys me more than poorly done Poached Eggs, and so when they arrived cooked to perfection I was already sold. The fritter was extremely tasty (not the sort of thing I'd ordinarily choose) and upon completion of the meal my taste buds and belly were fully satiated. The best thing - the coffee didn't disappoint!! Right temperature and right flavour! This was a great find.
Be the first to ReplyA healthy place with many delicious vegan options.
I had the Goodness Bowl, which they claimed is their most popular vegan menu item. It was delicious but also so huge that I couldn't finish it. It came with tomato chickpeas (my favorite part), avocado, quinoa falafels, pea/kale dip, and some salsa (I didn't like the salsa). Overall, the dish was really good, healthy, and high quality. I'm definitely going to head back here soon.

Probably some of the tastiest Vegetarian food that I have ever eaten. I was grateful to have a place like this right across the street from the first Airbnb that I stayed at in London. They have delicious Breakfast & Lunch items. Coffees, Teas, Smoothies, pastries etc. I'd recommend the Goodness bowl. It had a little mix of everything from tomato chickpeas, falafel balls, a variety of spiraled veggies (which I think change depending on the season). There was even a half of a whole avocado that was dipped in black sesame, sunflower & pumpkin seeds. All Served with fresh salsa. Just a really satisfying dish, and all very fresh. If I hadn't change my location in London, I definitely would have eaten here quite a few times.
