The Inn has been on my list to try for some time now and I finally had the opportunity to try it last night with my nephew. The location is neat in a very small town. We arrived and valet parked our car out front. We decided to arrive an hour early to get a drink in the waiting area. The waiting area is cool. There is a bar but no seats. You sit in the bar area or out in the lobby. They give you a small basket of nuts, olives, and some weird peppery chewy candy (I wasn't a fan). The wine and drink prices aren't for the faint of heart. The cocktails average around $20 and the wines are all over the place. I paid $49 for a glass of red wine.We were seated 30 minutes prior to our reservation start time. The ambiance is cool here. We sat in a small terrace overlooking a Koi Pond and saw them swimming around. The service here is great (they can be pushy with offering more drinks though). I opted for the wine pairing for $225. The pairing went well with each course. My nephew and I also decided to add the Caviar to the Hamachi Crudo for $49. We also added the cheese at the end for $30 for that supplement. Overall, it was a nice experience, and the food and service were great. The entire experience cost me around $1,700 for two of us so this place isn't for the faint of heart if you're budget conscious. I'd return, but I'm not in a rush to spend this kind of money on a meal any time soon. I do feel when you get into 3 Michelin Star territory, you're paying for those stars, as I've eaten similar items at a fraction of the price.
