The Savoy London Reviews
Nice
I enjoyed my stay at the Savoy, it was a nice treat. The hotel is clearly special but I do have to say, there is a lot of competition out there these days and I think I was expecting a little more of the wow factor. My favourite points were the brea

A hotel that practices discrimination
A nightmare from the moment we arrived. The rooms are tiny, with a closet so small itโs clearly not designed for two people. My friend was openly discriminated against by Markus simply for wearing jogging pants after a long train ride. We werenโt

I donโt have enough stars to give as would like to give more than 5
I have been lucky to stay at some amazing hotels but none come close to The Savoy. As this was a treat to my partner who works in the NHS and was working during her 50th I booked a stay and a showing of The Lion King. From the moment we arrived and t

Savoy - pull your socks up!
I was looking forward to the CIO 100 event at The Savoy. Got my best dress on, took a train to London and the setting could not be more magical. We were in the ballroom - which is just gorgeous. The food and the service are another story. I had pre-
Fabulous - Arthur and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a guest with disability.
Arthur and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a guest with disability, even removing the legs off the bed to lower it 4 inches to make transferring from a wheelchair more accessible. The accessible bathroom is top notch. To add to the exp
The other reviews are correctโit is worth the splurge!
The majority of the reviews that describe this hotel as a splurge worth experiencing are spot on. The service is perfect. The rooms (we stayed two separate times in September) were beautifully appointed and very clean. Join the free loyalty program.
How The Other Half Lives!!!
Tea at the Savoy. Need I say more. How decadent - a glass of champagne and delicious finger sandwiches, scones and little cakes. Yes, it is very expensive, but if you want to go all out it is worth it. A once in a lifetime treat. What an extensi
Brilliant Service - But Not Every Bed Is Savoir
The service at The Savoy was absolutely outstanding and consistently friendly, which isnโt always a given at top hotels where I sometimes find the service slightly cold. The lady who checked us in (I can't remember her name but she was Italian

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to The Savoy London at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the The Savoy London page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at The Savoy London to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at The Savoy London!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
