Wouldn’t return
Visited here today with my friend and wish we had gone elsewhere. The decor is lovely but for what you get to eat it doesn’t offer value for money. No bagels available today and pancakes were not pancakes - more like sponge cakes.

My daughter brought me here for breakfast for my birthday. The actual cafe is lovely - decoratively however they’ve crammed too many tables in and we were practically shoulder to shoulder with the next table and you could hear all the conversations on tables either side. Tbh it made us want to finish up quickly and leave as there was no privacy. We must have been in and out in less than 45 minutes ! The staff were lovely and the service and food were great. I wouldn’t go back though due to the lack of privacy

What a lovely morning treat. We were surprised at how small it was. Which was good! As it made the experience an enjoyable one. My breakfast was lovely. I don’t eat eggs so had bacon instead with the avocado toast. I also had a lovely glass of champagne. It really was a great visit. We were in a bit of a hurry as had a train to catch. But will go again. Lovely staff too

A much smaller place than we’d imagined but that wasn’t detrimental, it makes it cosier. Very smart and immaculately clean. The staff we encountered were super nice and every bit as professional as you would expect considering your surroundings. Our breakfast was beautiful, every aspect of it was spot on with clearly high end ingredients. my steak was possibly the nicest I’ve had and my partners bagel had so much salmon that she couldn’t finish it. A few negative reviews focus on price quite heavily, although I personally think the price can be justified by the quantity and service a certain amount must account for the experience aspect and in our opinion it’s well worth it, top marks.
Be the first to ReplyBreakfast at Tiffany’s - loved it!
Breakfast at Tiffany’s - love the Tiffany blue interior, which made this once more a fantastic Tiffany experience. Breakfast is served as a set menu, which includes fruit salad, choice of croissant and choice of a dish; unlimited drinks (coffee, tea, juice) are included in this package. High quality food with nice presentation, e.g. the croissant came as a cube! Extremely friendly staff offering an outstanding service. Special thanks to Csaba, who read every wish from our eyes.
Be the first to ReplyRude, dismissive staff- not worth the price tag!
Rude, dismissive and frankly appalling staff. Not worth the price tag to be treated with such disregard even with a booking. Ruined my sisters birthday.

We visited the Blue Box Cafe in Harrods for breakfast, the cafe is as you'd expect full of white & Tiffany blue. The breakfast was in my opinion great value you got a fruit bowl, filled croissant (the chocolate one is superb) and a main (the pancakes are incredible), with unlimited hot drinks and juices for £45. Well worth the money and well worth a visit.

We booked in for breakfast at Tiffany blue box cafe while on our trip to London. I had seen lots of Instagram videos of the breakfast and was keen to try. Firstly you need to book well in advance, I booked maybe 6 weeks ahead. This is London after all and very popular, we seen so many people being turned away. You can have as much tea and coffee and juice as you choose. You can also have champagne and cocktails but it was a little too early for me! We started off with a beautiful fruit bowl follow by a square chocolate or raspberry filled croissant that was beautiful, we choose one each. Then I choose the crab muffin and my husband eggs Benedict. We both enjoyed the food and experience immensely. It was really lovely and felt very special. Highly recommend for a special treat as it’s a bit pricey but worth it for a special occasion

We felt extremely unwelcome walking into our reservation. The server walking us in seemed to be ready to get off from her shift. We sat down and tried to read through the menu and were rushed to pick a tea set. We already knew the price for the tea set but was still felt rush to order as the kitchen was about to close for the day. We asked if they have any kid friendly menu and was offered for the 2 12 yos. When the tea set came, we were told we could only order 1 set per table. At the end, we paid for 6 adults and 1 kid tea set and the food was just so-so. Service was a disappointment. Very family unfriendly. If you plan to come with kids, don't even bother.

When the family travelled to London one of the highest priority for my daughter was High Tea, and Tiffany's Blue Box was her first choice. I actually thought it would be a little too high end for my down to earth family, but I'd do anything for them so it was definitely booked.
Definitely get reservations in advance. They did take some walk-ins but sometimes that would be impossible and when it is you have a decent wait. Tiffany's is inside Harrods, which is a very high-end department store. Tiffany's is also in the jewelry section, where I will not lie I have never seen so many security guards spying on us. I get it, the jewelry displayed was insanely expensive, but that's for another review.
Tiffany's is downstairs and not necessarily easy to find, but the staircase is really nice (like everything here) and it didn't take much wandering to find it. It's very blue, so not hard to see once you get close. Outside there is a coat check, anachronistic but right in character.
We were greeted warmly and seated in a very small space. Everything was very fancy. There was a menu, but the reservation we made for high tea told you what your sandwiches were. You did get to choose your tea. I got a very mild fruity tea that turned an unfortunate shade of grey when I added milk to it, but was quite tasty. I tried my wife's hibiscus tea which was also really good.
The scones we started with were wonderful. I bought some later to take home. I figured the tiny sandwiches wouldn't be super filling, but they brought out as many as we wanted and every one of them was delicious. My favorite was the eggs Florentine, my wife's was the salmon. But genuinely they all were great.
I actually was fairly full by the time they brought the tiny deserts out, which the family loved. I ate my share of course. I guess my only pushback for this was the cost. It turned out to be about $100 US per person, one of the most expensive meals we had in London. But we knew that going in, and for the experience it was worth the money!
Difficult to find; poor value
This started badly. The Tiffanys website directed us to the Hans Road entrance of Harrods. Inside there were stairs and a sign saying that the cafe was downstairs. We went down but couldn't see it, walked some way and then asked a member of staff. We were directed back the way we'd come, up an escalator then a further walk and down some more stairs. What a joke. Except that it wasn't - one member of our party is disabled and walks slowly with two sticks. We'd gone to some trouble to make sure she arrived at the right entrance and this was the result. You should change your website.
The sandwiches and cakes were delicious, the tea too - although it was odd that the special Tiffany green tea blend was unavailable.
The members of staff who served us were friendly and efficient except for the man who took our payment. He couldn't understand that we wanted to split the bill into four and seemed to go in search of a calculator. He didn't return so we asked another member of staff for help. There were delays again while the credit card machine searched for a signal to connect (the cafe is in the basement). It took a while.
I would also add that the table was too small for four people although it was charmingly laid with pink roses and Tiffany crockery. We ended up with cake plates stacked on each other.
There was only enough clotted cream for four of the eight scones (used sparingly) and no butter.
Three of us asked for a single cake to be boxed up to take away. The packaging was ridiculous - a huge box, in which the cake fell over and moved around - inside a large Harrods bag. Has no one asked for this before? When I saw the size of the box I thought perhaps some extra cakes had been put in. We had not had second helpings so it seemed a reasonable thing to do. But no. Just the one cake falling about in its box.
The price for some sandwiches, cakes and tea is huge but people - including us - are willing to pay it for a luxury, fun time. We arrived late and upset because of the poor directions and then had an experience that wasn't special. The price is meaningless until things go wrong, then you think, 'I've paid £320 for this.'
Lovely dinner at Tiffany's
We came for a dinner at Tiffany's the other day and it could not have been any better. Adrian was very welcoming, he took us over to our table and introduce us to the dinner menu. Lester looked after us very well, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing, every meal had an interesting flavour. We really enjoyed the main course. We would definitely recommend Tiffany's to anyone and we do really hope to return in the nearest future.

Had the opportunity to have a luncheon at Tiffany’s Blue Box cafe. The attention to detail of the decorations and details of the meal upholds the Tiffany tradition Food, service, all impeccable. Highly recommend. Reservations needed
Be the first to ReplyNice afternoon tea at Tiffany's
Had an afternoon tea with a friend for birthday celebration. The cafe was small but nicely decorated and tables were nicely set with Tifanny's tableware. A birthday note was placed on the table. The service was good and the food was delicious. My friend had the vegetarian option and few of the sandwiches were less tasty. Sandwiches and scones can be refilled. It was lovely and pleasant experience as a birthday treat.

Be the first to ReplyExcellent Afternoon Tea
Two of us enjoyed a pre booked Afternoon Tea with lovely surroundings, great service and panache. The sandwiches must be the best I've ever tasted, they were divine. Beautiful execution of a lovely tea. To be treasured.

Breakfast with friends, Food was lovely , well presented. Delicious filled croissants , fruit bowl, followed by a main choice. We all had different mains, very high quality, beautifully laid out with classic Tiffany table decor.
The restaurant was very nice but ever so small. Service was excellent & would definitely recommend the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” experience
The Blue box surprise

Don’t even think about going… JUST GO and have a fabulous experience
Bad service
We had visited for an anniversary and everything was brilliant, food was fantastic, decor amazing, experience ruined! Our server asked us if we’d like any cocktails or champagne and we declined as we had the whole day in London and didn’t fancy drinking at breakfast. We actually got laughed at by the lady who was serving us!!! She kept giving me dirty looks like I shouldn’t have been there. We watched the other tables who had champagne get great service but we were just forgotten about! This set the tone for the hour we spent there. I just honestly can’t believe how much of a C o w she was!

We went to celebrate a friends birthday and it was simply amazing. The service superb, food spectacular and overall a very special experience. Make sure you book well in advance as at least 50 people attempted to get in whilst we were inside as they assumed no booking was required.

Booked for breakfast as a birthday surprise was a lovely treat quite expensive but was happy as special occasion. The waiter was very good didn’t really wait service was quick. The toilets were not very nice for such an expensive place and even though menus were card we were not allowed to keep them as a momento
Be the first to ReplyNice experience for a fan of Tiffanys
We went for a brunch on Sunday morning. The place itself is really beautiful and the experience is special for people that like Tiffany’s. There were many people there for special occasions, like anniversary. The food itself was not really mindblowing, a pretty standard brunch. The drinks were nice, they had some special cocktails, a nice selection of tea and fresh juices. The staff was very attentive and kind. Overall nice, more to go for experience than food itself.
