Amazing food, very friendly staff and clean restaurant.
The only problem is there is only two bathrooms.

I would recommend to eat here. This place is so clean!!
Be the first to ReplyI ordered the all you can eat fish.
Just like it is every time I have gotten it, it was so fresh, crunchy and delicious. It keeps me coming back for it about once a month.

Service and atmosphere are pretty much what you would expect from a small, local, greasy-spoon type of restaurant. My problem is that I don't know why I keep going there thinking, "this time will be different." My food, once again, arrived cold. "Swiss steak" was more like microwaved-a -long-time-ago chopped steak saved from the bin. Mashed potatoes also cold. Hot gravy poured over top, I guess to make the other items warmer? Why was my appetizer served (cold) with the meal, instead of before it? Why was my veggy the appetizer? Why did the guy who ordered after me get his food first? Oh, yah, because mine was back there on the counter getting cold. Why did I even tip? This time, I am fully convinced that this restaurant will not be getting any more of my money. BTW, I did not complain. I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait any longer, and I was tired after a long day at work. I just wanted to leave. Also, I paid in cash, not a card.
Be the first to ReplyGreat local breakfast place.
Food well priced and always great quality. One of our go to places for breakfast.

I think that they have the best breakfast around! My son and I always get the 12 egg omelet meal. It comes STUFFED with so much meat and veggies. It has a side of three huge pancakes. They are so fluffy! Not that I get to eat them, though. Those are my son's favorite! There is also a side of hash browns and toast of your choice. I bring over half of the omelet home for my partner to enjoy. The staff is really friendly. The prices are great. I keep saying that I'm going to try other things, but I keep going back to my usual order because we love it so much.
Be the first to ReplyFor years I had heard great things.
While I wasn't "wowed", I also wasn't disappointed. Service was friendly. Food was satisfactory. It was busy but we still got seated right away. Table seemed a little dirty, but nothing terrible (just crumbs and such that probably was hard to keep up with on a busy Sunday with a quick turn-over.) While I'm not sure that I would rush back here, I wouldn't say no to another go-round either.
Be the first to ReplyOld fashioned home cooking with the ambience matching.
Service is polite. Food is good especially for the price

A very homey place, the food was good and the service was genuine. It felt like a good value, and we'd go again.
Be the first to ReplyWe LOVE this place.
I often look over at my husband when I don't want to cook and say "Top of the Viaduct?". I always get agreement. My husband loves their liver and onions. It's the best he's had and he gets it every time. I love the meatloaf, my top favorite, and most people can't make a good meatloaf, but they CAN! Also, get yourself a piece of cheesecake you will not be disappointed! Our service is always welcoming and we have great experiences with the staff! We love the atmosphere from the moment we walk in. It's a good way for my husband and I to have a great date night!
Be the first to ReplyLoved all of the food.
Service was amazing and the staff were friendly! Worth a little drive to stop in and grab a bite.
Be the first to ReplyService was horrible.
An food was worst then the Service. Waited for a while for food was like slap together an put on a plate . Then the server was like she was to busy an had a lame excuse. But they are living off there rep there food was horrible wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone! The buser. Was so happy to get ur plate off as fast as he could to go play on his phone standing in the corner. This is not how you run a business. Been going here for years an will not be going back

Great comfort food, friendly people and a popular local eatery. Down home atmosphere.. always a good tasty treat Come when you're hungry and have an appetite for a reasonable price. Aside from creative writing class I haven't had to do an essay this long since I had to write it in a "blue book" in a college exam.

Although we live 30 miles away, we eat here often when visiting the Massillon Ohio area. We call their food "home-cooking" (although they have many items on the menu that I never got at home). Their food reminds me of my childhood, and I have to admit, it's even better than the food I remember eating when I was growing up. Today, I love their liver and onions, ham loaf and meatloaf, none of which I liked as a kid. Which tells me, this restaurant does it better than my dear mother (or I've learned to like well-cooked food). Their menu is not "fast food" or "cheap food". It's just GOOD food. And a lot of it.
Be the first to ReplyWe had just moved to Ohio and people raved about this place.
My husband and I went there, it was busy, but we weren't in a hurry. I do have a pet peeve and that is service according to how people are seated. We were seated in the middle section and totally ignored. People who came in after were served and left, regulars. I finally went to the hostess who was rude and asked about water. it took 2 hours, normally I would not have stayed, but I really wanted to see how they handled it. Not well, no apology nothing. 2 years later and we have not been back and do not plan on it. The food could be Michelin Star quality and we would not go back. It is not bad but not that quality, I still tipped the waitress because it wasn't her fault. Management is the key.

I really like their lunch but their breakfast isnt really that good. My parents always insist on going here but personally I dont like their food. Their service is really good, they are kind, they help you if you have an issue, and they are reasonably priced.

Neat, clean, friendly staff, delicious home-style cooking, priced right & easy access off SR 21. We'll be back!
Be the first to ReplyWow, haven't been here in quite awhile.
All renovated and nice new booths. Very friendly people and quick service. I had the Farmers omelette and it was loaded; eggs nice and fluffy. I would order it again. The coffee was just ok.Hubby had the chili dog special. He wasn't a fan. Said it was too sweet for his taste. The fries looked frozen. The 4 stars are for the friendly service, clean, nice rooms and grey omelette. We will be back.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent quality food always on par.
Always fast, and friendly service. Pleasant relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend the German fries.
Be the first to ReplyWe Love this place! Food is always great.
Staff is always friendly. There is a reason the parking lot is always full.

Outstanding breakfast experience, clean, fresh, full plates, great service, hot food!!!! Highly recommended ! My wife came here for lunch at the recommendation of her work colleague and loved it. Came today for breakfast and my son and I love it now with her! Well certainly come often!

My girlfriend chanced upon this place a few months ago and was impressed with their two piece fish dinner (other than the generic tartar sauce which was almost tasteless). She took me here today for lunch. Not being famished she ordered the $4.49 side salad and I had the meatloaf sandwich with gravy and mashed potatoes. We were unimpressed with either offering. The salad was served in a very small bowl, about the size of a little ramekin, and had maybe 2/3 cup of iceberg, a couple slices of cuke, and ONE grape tomato! Even with inflation, this was an extreme understatement of rabbit food for the price! Might be worth $2. My meatloaf was chock full of fillers, not much ground meat, and even less flavor! The "mashed potatoes" were obviously from a box and complemented the boring meatloaf perfectly! If we were to find ourselves in Massillon again at breakfast hour I might revisit the restaurant, but there are far more dining choices in the area that warrant our sampling than to return to the Top of the Viaduct
