We ordered the Palestinian falafel wrap and it was absolutely delicious! Nice texture and just the right amount of spices. We also had the hummus with bread. We couldn't stop eating it. Such a nice, tasty hummus. We enjoyed the food so much we actually went back again and had the lentil soup. Excellent! Served with bread as well. Everything tasted so fresh. The restaurant was clean and very cute. The workers are very sweet. You won't be disappointed! I wish we had Umi Falafel in the USA!
Be the first to ReplyI came at the perfect time right Veggie the rush.
Loved the music they were playing when I walked in. Think fast food BUT fresh food. I tried stuffed grape leaves, lentil soup, & the Moroccan quinoa salad with added falafel. Definitely a great Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Dublin. Very efficient service and kind staff.

Very good, although you had to order in one building and then exit and go next door for the dining room. Supposedly going to fix that in the future.
Be the first to ReplyBest vegetarian place in Dublin.
They have falafel that's both great quality and great value.

i love falafel and Mediterranean food in general, so this place was a must try. its a fast casual chain with a variety of salads, platters, sandwiches/wraps. everything is vegetarian and the falafels are crispy and delish!also very good price point -- about 7-10 euros for most things
Be the first to ReplyPopped in for a quick snack to hold me over till dinner.
This small little hole in the wall had some tasty falafel with three options of sauces that are made fresh daily. All of them were delicious.
Be the first to ReplyThe food here is top notch.
I've been to quite a few places in Dublin looking for good vegetarian / vegan options and Umi keeps coming up on top for me. The only drawback to this otherwise stellar place is that the seating felt quite cramped. That said, I'd happily suffer worse considering how fantastic the falafel was.

I strolled into Umi just to have a look at the salad menu and I think I have found a new go-to! Absolutely massive portion of delicious salads for an incredibly reasonable price! Very nice friendly staff on Mary Street, really enjoyed the food and will definitely be back!
Be the first to ReplyI've been here a couple of times with my friend.
I order the Palestinian falafel and the lemonaide. It is very good. They have tahini and some hot stuff for pouring on your falafel. There is a bathroom here. One drawback is that this umi falafel is always crowded and sometimes the music is too loud, but there is one in George's arcade that has less people if too crowded (but that one has no bathroom). Very good. Also their coffee is pretty good too.

Stopped in at the restaurant down the street from our hotel after having a craving for middle eastern take out food. They have a large variety of middle eastern and Mediterranean food on their menu. I had the Palestinian Falafel and some dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) which were outstanding in flavor. The prices are very reasonable, I would not hesitate coming back here again.

Yum! We decided to try this place out since it seemed like it was the best option for Mediterranean food in the city center area. Oh my goodness - the falafels were AMAZING. I have tried and eaten many falafels in my lifetime but this place is fresh, delicious, and flavorful. I have yet to find a place in So Cal that comes close to what we ate in Dublin. It was so good that we ate there two nights in a row. Yum yum! The service was on point, as the waitresses were very friendly. I highly recommend eating here if you are in Dublin..I am a VERY picky eater and I loved it. Super delish!

Loved it! The place is small but well organized, clean, modern and neat! The food was delicious and I was able to enjoy a full vegan meal at the right price. If I come back to Dublin, I would love to have another meal here :3In the picture: palestinian falafel and umi's batata hara
Be the first to ReplyUmi Falafel is a small restaurant on Dame Street.
There are other restaurants and businesses on this street. You can order to go or you can sit in the back of the building. There are a small amount of seats in the back. They are close together and a little cramped. This restaurant only has one bathroom that is also in the back of the restaurant. The decorations are mediocre with spices placed on a self. The food was good tasting, you know what you are getting from the menu. The sauces are on the table for you to put as much or little as you want. Both tzatziki sauce and chili sauce. We ordered meal 2 which was 4 falafels with came with the pita bread and hummus dip and the haloumi cheese sandwich. Both were pleasant. The falafels were a little on the dry side and the hummus could have had a little more flavor with garlic or lemon juice. This would be a great lunch spot or if you want to pick something up quickly to eat.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious falafel sandwiches, fresh hummus.
Plus, the service is excellent and fast! This team is great, eat here if you want a great meal!
