fengshan Market Satay Beehoon
Very good and economical โSatay Beehoonโ in Fengshan Hawker Centre. Price ranges from $3; $3.50 & $4.
My order was for $3 and it comes with a big portion with generous servings of ingredients too! Uncle has being serving here for a long time and his standards has being very consistent!
Expect to queue during peak hour dinner time!
For anyone out there who loves โSatay Beehoonโ, this is the place to go for!
Street food at its best
This is basically a hawker centre, no doubt a famous one. A hawker centre is basically a place where most singaporean will have their meal.
Many nice food stalls located here. A all-in-one place to eat all the nice food that Singapore has to offer.
Great food will be back again...got all my favourite food at one go.
My ex colleagues brought me here for dinner the day I landed in Singapore ....amazing place amazing food. Yummy must visit place in Bedok area

For $3 the plate come with a generous amount of ingredients which seems to be more than the beehoon. The taste is OK although I would prefer the gray to be a bit sweet. Worth trying.
Be the first to ReplyItโs a good place in the east to have some comfort food on a late night
Been here a couple of times at for late dinner and supper. Barbecue stingray, porridge, satay, barbecue chicken wings, mince pork noodles, Hokkien noodles, etc, are some of the better food stalls that is frequented at this hawker centre. Some had complaints about long queues but we note that this usually do not happen for our visits after 10pm.
This hawker centre is also popularly known as Bedok 85 and 85 Fengshan Centre. Parking at night may also be a little challenging.
Nonetheless, itโs a good place in the east to have some comfort food on a late night.
Long Queues and crowded
Arrived 6+ and itโs already packed. Ordered fried oyster omelette from the wrong stall as the signature were quite similar. The crispy omelette should be from โBedok 85 Oyster Omeletteโ which is in middle lane.
Between the 2 bak Chor mee, Xing Ji soup tasted stronger. Seng Hiang soup is lighter taste, cheaper and lesser meat ball.
Great market
Local food is always the best. This market is home to the most satisfying Vegetarian Bee Hoon (for breakfast), Chicken Rice (for lunch), Mee Pok dry (for dinner), Hokkien Mee and Oyster Omelette (for supper). Though it gets crowded during breakfast and supper, it's still a great market! Always there to satisfy that local food crave

This evening, visited 85 Market located at Blk 85 Bedok North Street 4 for dinner. Sitting at the circumference of the stall can be cooling.
Spotted few of accreditation certificates at Xing Ji Rou Cuo Mian (Stall 01-07). This stall serves noodles soup only (no dry noodles). The very first sip of the soup was simply wow... tasty clear soup. The meat balls tasted good too. For $3 for a bowl is little portion. For a better eater, may need to consider $4 or $5. Truly enjoyed.
The neighbouring corner minced pork noodles stall serves both types of noodles. (Yet to try.) A prawn cracker stall on the same row serves oily food. The oil sipped, stayed on the prawn cracker.
