Yaki Yaki Bo (Jurong Point) Singapore Reviews from The Last Year
Friendly service - good value
We stopped by for lunch. Tried wagyu beef, ominiaki and cod fish, all were very good. The service was really friendly and attentive. I am not a big fan of nex mall but it is less crowded during lunch and this is good value for money
Excellent services
Excellent services. When they see we only ordered 1 drink, they offer water for others. The food is nice as well. A place I will visit repeatedly.
Decent Teppanyaki
We ordered Teppanyaki sets (chicken, steak, prawn) to share. Overall, food is pretty good, especially the steak, nicely done. Chicken and prawn are good too. If I have to pick a thing for improvement, I think is the garlic sauce, it seem to be the standard flavoring for lots of dishes, the only thing that my wife felt negative about it. Staffs are friendly, and we have a good lunch. Probably will be back.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
