Amazing dinner!
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our recent visit to Zuma Abu Dhabi.Our server, Nasuro(if i am not mistaken in name spelling), went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.It is deffiniteley a reason to come back,not only for amazing food and beverage selection,but for dining experince. We love the Zuma Restaurant in Dubai and were now at Zuma Abu Dhabi for the first time. We were completely impressed by the restaurant The food is excellent, the service is super friendly and competent. For us the best restaurant in Abu Dhabi!!!
Dinner with my daughter
Took my daughter for dinner last night, lovely lovely evening. Staff are polite, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Huge choice of menu, fantastic quality of ingredients and scrumptious drinks. The atmosphere was chilled although we did dine early. Highly recommend!
Excellent Japanese cuisine
Japanese cuisine fresh n authentic ; reasonable prices; beautiful sea view location and most of all , served by one of the best servers in Abu Dhabi , Mr Nas - always smiling , quick to anticipate our needs ; hold a conversation with us and even served us fresh wasabi . Wow 🤩
Rude Management and super bad hospitality!
I can’t to describe my disappointment about such an amazing restaurant chain , but in past from tonight !!! I am the customer of Zuma of Dubai an Abu Dhabi from 2012 , it always has been such a wonderful place with the best music, food and service in UAE ! But today 28.02.2024 I got so disappointed in Zuma Abu Dhabi . There wasn’t really Dj ! The person just stand next to the desks and pretended that he is mixing, but in reality it was just recorded mix from USB ! Zuma !! Are you serious? Where is you super cool djs ? Manager Anna was rude and arrogant , just because, I’ve I asked her, why there is no DJ and only recorded mix ? . Because my complaint about fake “DJ” , she told the staff just stop to serve to me food and soft drinks as well !! Can any one explain me, how is it normal to treat your customers like did manager Anna from ZUMA Abu Dhabi ??? I don’t recommend this place to anyone, because if manager Anna will not like some of your comment ( about food, drinks or music) , you will be kicked out ! Can you imagine???

What can I say, a name is a guarantee! Very nice top place with very good service! We finally found the opportunity to try a Zuma! Excellent food and great service! They assigned us a table after a few minutes when two seats were freed up at the counter in front of the grill area and we asked for a change and they immediately accommodated us! High prices but worth it...an experience worth having!

Visisted Zuma last night and had just the best time. Amazing cocktails, fab atmosphere and the food was outstanding, highly recommend going. We had alit of food as so much to choose from: tempura king prawns, chicken kebab and crab and prawn dumplings to start just sooo good! Black cod, beef tenderloin sweetcorn, mushrooms, sweet potato and broccoli for main which were all outstanding, pecan pie and chocolate hazelnut bar to end All the staff were friendly and had a great evening

Amazing service and food from Serdar and the Zuma Team
Absolutely amazing service and food from Serdar and the Zuma team. They looked after me and the family extremely well, and were excellent with my shellfish allergy requirements. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting. Best wishes Mr Chadha
Exquisite Japanese food
This is a superb restaurant. The standard is the same as Zuma Dubai, although the venue’s layout is slightly different - a larger single space compared to the Dubai restaurant. We ordered a range of dishes including black cod and prawn gyoza, Zuma salad, crab rolls, ribeye beef, black cod, asparagus and Zuma baked potato and salmon sashimi. All of the dishes were fresh and absolutely delicious. For dessert we had the seasonal chocolate bar, served with sensational coffee miso ice cream. Service was typically slick. It was worth every dirham.

Zuma never disappoints! You can either chill at the bar area for some light snacks and drinks, or enjoy your time for a full dinning experience. Top!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
