Element Salt Lake City Downtown Reviews
Would definitely go back!
The room and every area we went in was clean. The rooftop pool was a way more interesting than a standard hotel pool. The staff were friendly. I would book here again!
Has All The Makings of Being Excellent but Misses the Mark...
We stay at this property several times a month and really enjoy it. The location is great, it’s dog-friendly, and the parking is far safer and more convenient than what most downtown hotels can offer. That said, there’s a consistent issue with t

Clean and relaxing
A great place to stay in SLC. Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Very accessible to downtown and in a safe area. Great breakfast bar and gym. Will go there again.
10/10
Beautiful hotel, great amenities (rooftop pool with great views), wonderful healthy breakfast options, clean rooms, quiet, great location and friendly staff. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants, Temple Square, etc. 10/10 would recommend!
Nice but not perfect.
Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was good but would appreciate food ingredient labels (i.e., GF), and the last morning I was there (a Wed), seems there was mix up on whether it was to start at 6 or 7. A bunch of us were down there shortly a
Best staff and breakfast
Another great stay. Hotel staff are wonderful! The breakfast is NOT your standard fare. Healthy options with real fruit, peanut butter, yogurt, made it order eggs. Thank you!
Best breakfast experience EVER
Excellent location especially when going to the convention center daily. Many great restaurants within walking distance.

The staff is a shining star for the Element
I have stayed at this property multiple times - over 20 nights this year alone over the first 6 months of 2025. One of my reasons for coming back is the location is fantastic and the staff is spectacular. I am always greated with a friendly check i
This is a great hotel.
Clean and comfortable, staff were amazing! I sleep with a fan and I was talking g about getting mine out of my car but the front desk told me they have them for guests to use. The breakfast is not the best and the pool is very small and only 3.7 feet
This was a great experience for a very affordable price.
The element hotel is a cobranded site with Le meridian. It's a newly developed project called the new West End. It's very near the Delta center and the Gateway downtown and the convention center so super convenient for all things downtown S

The whole lobby smelled like ham sandwiches, not a very inviting smell you would expect from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel, where the lobby scent is light fresh and clean. Seriously it was awful smelling. Service all around was terrible. The front desk
I stayed here a few nights for work.
The rooms were fine and clean. The kitchenette is nicely stocked. The hotel itself is pretty and nicely decorated. My biggest grievance is how loud the environment is when you are in your room. My room was one room away from the elevator and I could
Just checked in Element Moab.
Our room is great but they are pumping chemicals ('fragrance') in the lobby of each floor with some horrible smelling strong scent. Hotels need to learn that many people have asthma and cannot tolerate these chemicals also known as fragran
Everything was great.
After a lonnggggg road trip, my sister and I checked in, but then immediately went to eat at the restaurant located on the premises. I believe it's The Adelaide (sp?). The food was DELICIOUS and our server was a sweet young gentleman, who mentio
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel! The hotel is clean.
The common areas had a lot of outlets that made working remotely very convenient. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. They included a full fridge, microwave, sink, and dishware, making my stay extremely convenient. They have a complimentary br

After staying at three different hotels during our trek across Utah...this hotel was the most beautiful however the staff was the worst. We are Marriott Elite members and have stayed at a number of Marriotts and never have experienced such rudeness.

The hotel itself and our room was great and have no complaints in that regard. The rooftop pool is also amazing. That being said, the service/staff at this location is abysmal. We were told we'd get a phone call when our room was ready, over two

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Element Salt Lake City Downtown at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Element Salt Lake City Downtown page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* 🥩 @FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* 🥩 @FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to 🥩 @FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as 🥩 @FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* 🥩 @FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Element Salt Lake City Downtown to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If 🥩 @FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, 🥩 @FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to 🥩 @FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Element Salt Lake City Downtown!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
