La Boheme Palo Alto Reviews
They have good food and the staff are very friendly.
And I like the decor. I haven't been for a while but I called to check on something and they were very friendly and helpful. I'm meeting friends there this coming Sunday for brunch.
Great spot for lunch
Had a really nice lunch here. It was so nice to be able to sit outdoors in the sunshine in October. There was a good menu and we all really enjoyed our dishes. I really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict with hash browns. The service was friendly and efficien

Honestly was just looking for somewhere chill to grab a bite and ended up being kinda impressed with how nice everything turned out from the people working there who were super polite and attentive to the food which came out way better than expected
terrible execution of dishes and non existent service.
Will not return. I had high hopes. It's like a Denny's with French words for things but honestly Denny's would have tasted better.

My family loves coming to La Boheme! The food is great and reasonably priced, and there's great variety. Also great ambiance.
A waist of our time for a awful dinner.
I made reservations for Friday, March 21 because they advertise that they had Jazz. I made the reservation on open table and I called in to confirm my reservation for music. At no times they tell me that they did not have music for dinner. Got a bott

Charming French bistro with very good to excellent food and service. On my last visit I was introduced to John Dory that was fried and crispy on the edges.Wonderful fish with couscous and vegetables. Fun, uncomplicated wine list. Beer and wine only.
I went there for my birthday lunch with my adult son.
I was very disappointed. I am French so I know what good French food tastes like. The two stars are for: Decent, attentive service by maรฎtre d'hรดte and the waiter who served us. Lovely atmosphere outside on the terrace with trees and fresh air. Dog
Had a pretty good Kir Royale here.
Great patio and they were very nice. No happy hour specials and the Kir was $13 - but they also brought us some excellent warm baguette slices with butter. The menu is old timey French classics and not a lot of vegetarian choices. But this is a sweet

I stopped by for lunch and had a fantastic lamb sausage sandwich and probably the best pancakes I've ever had!
Lovely spot.
French onion soup was the best I've ever had! Escargot was so good and flavorful.
Very disappointing meal.
The kir royal was excellent, but the moules marinieres were average: very watery broth, not a good taste to the mussels. Service was not very good: we ordered a salad to split and were left to spoon it on our bread plates rather than having it split
Great service, food, and ambiance.
Pricey, but worth the experience. The grand marnier souffle was especially good.

I rounded up to 4 stars, but I really think of this as being more of a 3.5 star restaurant. They serve up fresh mussels and tasty sandwiches, but you might notice that the salad in the attached photo looks a little bit sad. I've had the bouillabaisse
Great food, great ambience.
Service was a little slow. Everything we ordered was very tasty. Prices as you'd expect in Palo Alto!
ร trip down memory lane to France.
Bistrot food and wine list to match. one of our regular hangouts.
Fantastic fish and chips and a French restaurant
On a beautiful spring day in Palo Alto had lunch this bistro. I had been there many times before, but never saw fish and chips as a entre on the luncheon menu. I enjoy this dish and was rewarded with an outstanding version of this more typically Engl

Best French bistro ambiance and great staff who works with you to pick great food and affordable wine pairing.
Good food.
Nice ambience. Had the Coq Au Vin. It was tasty. French food tends to be on the saltier side of world cuisines. I enjoyed the soufflรฉ for dessert. This is an area full of decent restaurants and La Boheme is a great addition to the line-up of wonde

Went for Brunch, loved the ambiance of this French restaurant, the food was lovely. I would have loved to linger over a second cup of coffee but was very crowded. The eggs Benedict were pure French confections. I will be back.
Love this place!! Delicious food, lovely atmosphere.
Went twice in one week. The service was better the first time. Will definitely return!
Great food.
duck a l'orange was soo good. Found a new wine we loke as well. We will be going back
Pretty disappointing.
The food was very mediocre, but the prices didn't reflect the low quality of the food. Service was ok, but the ambience was quite kitschy; they're really leaning heavily into the Parisian thing (like, why is there a Mรฉtro sign above the kitchen?).
I don't know what it is about this place.
.. the warmth of the staff, the awesome French bistro ambience, or the consistently amazing food...but La Boheme makes for a fun night out, and it's become a new favorite of mine (3 times this last month!!).
The service was excellent.
We each had onion soup and the Croque Monsieur both of which very good. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely come here again
Dinner with 4 friends on weekday evening.
Ordered bouillabaisse and requested seafood NOT be overcooked. When served, taste was okay - not great, but every seafood item was so overcooked I ate less than 5%, Shrimp hard and dry, could not swallow. Shellfish hard and tasteless. Just dipped pre
Amazing food, service and atmosphere.
Will visit again soon and try another special. Super family friendly and something for everyone!

Wonderful menu, fabulous service, reasonable noise level.
I look forward to my next visit.
Grรฉรขt as usual !! Both service and food quality .
For the ambiance it's great as the team is so friendly ! Plus a little live band too
I was there with two friends for a birthday luncheon.
The food was delicious and the service was attentive and we didn't feel rushed at all. My friend even got treated to a desert on the occasion of her birthday.
Came here on a Saturday just around 1pm.
We were sat inside without being given the option to sit outside. Waited at least 5 minutes before anyone came by to take our order even though it was mostly empty. We ordered drinks and brunch. I can't say how anything tasted because we never receiv

Went for a second time last night in a couple of weeks after a nice experience the first time. They were busy and took a while to get to us, but once they did, we couldn't be more pleased. We ordered Coc au Vin and Confit salads that were wonderful
Great local restaurant.
Came here with family and enjoyed authentic French cuisine. The owner was super friendly and came over to chat (mostly about the World Cup at the time). Will definitely be back.
Nothing here has been worth it.
The food is either overpriced or poorly made. And it's been overbooked more than once. But the worst of all, the food is just boring!!! Bland and boring.Even the French onion soup has scarce amounts of cheese (especially for such an overpriced French
