Nobu London (Old Park Lane) Reviews
My wife and I decided to go to Nobu in London on our last
My wife and I decided to go to Nobu in London on our last night of a 26 day all of Europe trip. We ordered the tasting menu. We have been to Nobu Las Vegas and LA. The bottom line is the food was pretty good but the waiting for each dish was brutal.
We think is overrated
Not what we were expecting. We found the deco very basic, the atmosphere quite cold. The food was nice but not worth what we spent.
Expected more from Nobu
We expected more from the Nobu name, but got slow service in a bland, cafeteria like setting. The sake, tempura and sushi roll were tasty but took forever to arrive. We sat at a tiny, uncomfortable table and paid $200 for the experience. Not thrill

Nobu London: Where the Boss Eats Like Royalty
Let’s get one thing straight — when Michael Lindhagen walks into a place like Nobu London on Old Park Lane, he ain’t askin’ for a table. He’s expected. They see the suit, the watch, the presence — and suddenly, the best seat in the house
Very happy overall.
We had a wonderful experience at Nobu yesterday! From the moment we arrived, the security at the door was very welcoming, and the staff throughout were incredibly accommodating. The food was absolutely excellent — every dish was delicious. We had a
Nobu? No! Boooo
Quite disappointed with the Nobu experience today. I took my sister out for a celebration, but I deeply regret choosing Nobu in London. Firstly we weren't offered cutlery which was necessary to cut through the lamb chops. And when we asked for i
Is this really the best!
First time at a Nobu London restaurant, we were anticipating a great night and were underwhelmed as it was the same restaurant we had breakfast at for the previous 3 days at the Como Hotel. Food and drinks were very expensive and not amazing, could

Best sushi restaurant in London.
I have used this restaurant since it opened. The world class quality has never slipped. The food is as excellent and exciting as it was when it first opened. Best sushi restaurant in London.
Great Birthday Dinner Experience
My husband and I went to London for my 60th birthday. We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Nobu…which was conveniently located next to where we were staying, Hilton Park Lane. The service was fantastic. And while the prices are a bit on the expens
Assuming Nobu in NYC is not the expectation, this was good.
Nice service and good, but not special, sushi. Drink pour was quite light. But, after all, mitigating circumstances last night at the Nobu Hotel as they hosted the after party bash for Brits Award night. Star studded event and restaurant patrons, l

Dated and no ambience
Sadly very disappointed in the ambience and atmosphere at Nobu. We’ve been to several across the world and this was by far the worst one. The decor and atmosphere is very bland and there was no vibe whatsoever. It really spoiled the experience. The

A diminished and deflated restaurant brand that coasts on it’s history
I remember my first Nobu “Experience”. It was in Tokyo in 2002 - otherworldly, whimsical, magical are words that come to mind. You will not find that here. The room is sterile, tables packed tight and the music loud. The service is standard at be
Good food and service, but terrible noisy unsophisticated setting with diners in shorts, tee shirts and flip flops
The food was « acceptable », the service quite good, but the restaurant itself poor, run down, very noisy, terrible acoustics, no decoration, old cheap tables and on top of that, with an absence of sophisticated guests: over half the guests were in

I had the omakase for dinner ($95) per person and it was definitely worth it. It started with the most delicious miso tartare with a small sweet plum. It was a tasteful fusion that I had never experienced. The quality of the fish and meat were except
Far far past its prime.....
Should have known when I booked only a few days before my reservation and there was availability for every evening time slot on a Friday evening that this is a restaurant well past its prime. Living off the brand but in no way at all the special exp

Food was good but the service was not
I was shocked when I came here as I expected the restaurant to look posh and up market instead it looked very basic like a restaurant you would find at an airport. The tables were very basic, the wooden chairs look old and some bits of wood were comi
Below average…
Food was not on the same level as other NOBU restaurants around the globe that i have visited , the appearance of the restaurant is not on the standards of NOBU as well. It seems too casual… Nothing special… No character… More specifically the

I'll put it up front.
The price was high for dinner omakase. That said, the expectation was high as well. It fell a bit short on a few axis. Only half the dishes were creative and fun. The other half was what you would expect from most mid-quality sushi places. Flavors

Beware outrageously bad experience! The first impression walking into the foyer was nice and pleasant, however coming upstairs the atmosphere felt like a cafeteria with ridiculously overpriced food. Firstly the water was served in dusty/dirty glasse

Wagyu beef nigiri and several maki cuts
Excellent quality price ratio at Nobu London Old Park Lane. We went on a Tuesday Night for dinner. We did not try this time the renowned black cod with miso but we still had wagyu beef nigiri and several maki cuts which were not overpriced imho consi
Lovely Sushi Lunch!
Service and ambiance excellent. We were fortunate to have a lovely corner table. We were not rushed and were able to relax and savour the amazing sushi and nigiri. I would recommend the o toro nigiri.
Food remains the star
Many years since I’d last been to this Nobu. It is showing its age and could do with a “spruce up”. However, the food is still fabulous. I had the classic Bento box for lunch - really tremendous - loved it. We were a large table and most had th

Still great!
I used to come here a lot but haven’t been for 3-4 years and I was delighted to find it was as good as ever. Nice ambiance, great service and superb food. Obviously it’s not cheap but it’s great quality and still a classic.
world's top asian restaurant
We made a reservation a couple of days in advance, so we got a table, but the place is really crowded. The restaurant is cutting-edge and innovative, serving exquisite cuisine for high rates while keeping everything on par.
Consistently great, creative food.
Service and ambiance first rate. Been to several locations over many years and have never been disappointed.
Food good, drinks mediocre, service below average, ambience poor
We did the omakase. The food was largely delicious, highlights being the sashimi salad, black cod and matcha ice cream. The tobanyaki was disappointing, with the beef quite overcooked on the edges. The cocktails were okay but overpriced. Where th
