Chilling out at Bar Kleber
IT was an impromptu plan to go chilling out at Bar Kleber but nevertheless i was glad i did. Located near the shopping district and tourist spot, just a perfect place to chill out after hours of shopping and sightseeing. Most importantly the staff are very friendly and attentive, especially Jelvelyn and her manager Frederic. THe ambiance was amazing, luxurious yet comfy.

I have been to the lobby restaurant and have been served by the lovely waiter Arvin he made our experience so special Thank Arvin the lovely Pilipino guy. The hotel staff were so lovely too they welcomed us although we didn’t have a booking we had the most delicious french toast and Amricano hot drink which the non stop kept refilling it for us . Thanks katara hospitality for making this hotel one of the best among Paris hotels
Be the first to ReplyAn ELEGANT and EXCELLENT Cigar Lounge at the Peninsula! Ask for the best server, Jel! 5 stars!
What an experience! Both the concierge at Hotel Du Lourve and a passersby urged me to try The Peninsula while inquiring about Paris Cigar Lounges. After what they said I cancelled reservations elsewhere to try this venue with my husband. Just wow! We were welcomed by several staff with such friendly smiles. We had been told there was a minimum because we were not staying there today but we knew it would be worth it. The minimum applies to cigars, drinks, food etc. This location is a palace and you feel like a King and Queen in it! The entrance is absolutely beautiful and the entire hotel excludes elegance and excellence. The Cigar Bar itself was very spacious. Fabulous music in the back ground. Beautiful coffee table books. Swivel ashtrays attached to the chairs. Matches and crystal ashtrays. Just really fabulous! A huge thank you to Jel who took great care of us! Her service was phenomenal. She literally was anticipating our every need. We were so impressed! Jel you were FANTASTIC! The cigar lounge and hotel are a must visit in Paris- a terrific break from running around town and so close to one of the best streets to walk in Paris!

My late June stay at The Peninsula Paris was a dive into timeless elegance. The hotel, located in the heart of the city, was a perfect base for exploring Paris's charm. The rooms were a blend of classic luxury and modern amenities. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the city, including the Eiffel Tower. The spa was a haven of relaxation, providing a perfect end to a day of sightseeing. Unique Features to Highlight: Central location in Paris Classic luxury blended with modern amenities in rooms Rooftop restaurant with stunning city views Luxurious spa facilities
Be the first to ReplyThe Peninsula Paris exceeded all my expectations
I had the most wonderful and memorable stay of my life at The Peninsula Paris in November. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of history. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. The room was spacious and amazing, with a comfortable bed, a large dressing area, and a luxurious bathroom. I loved the spa mode, which turned the bathroom into a relaxing oasis with mood lighting, music, and aromatherapy. The room also had a lot of high-tech features, such as a tablet to control everything. The service was impeccable, from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially want to thank Ms. Lan Yao, the sales manager, who greet us upon check in. I also want to thank Mr. Jeremie Toledano, the director of guest relations, who surprised me for my early birthday during my stay and greeted me personally upon check out. The food was delicious, both at the breakfast and at the restaurants. I enjoyed the Cantonese cuisine at LiLi, the French dishes at L’Oiseau Blanc, and the afternoon tea at Le Lobby. The views from the rooftop terrace were breathtaking, especially at night when the Eiffel Tower sparkled. The Peninsula Paris is truly a palace of palaces, and I can’t wait to return. It was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. Thank you for making my stay so special.

The service was beyond amazing. There were a few hiccups at the restaurants but the hotel staff made every effort to remedy it and made us feel very special. From the second we arrived to the moment we left, we felt extremely welcomed. We live in NYC and often, for fun, stay at 5 star hotels for “staycations” but the hospitality at the Peninsula was exceptional. When we arrived, we were greeted by the staff by name and as well left at least 6 members of the staff were there to waive goodbye. We felt extremely welcomed and we had a magical weekend.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing property and lives up to its name and reputation, The Peninsula.
Amazing amazing hotel! Stayed at many hotels and this property lives up to its name and reputation. First impression from the front is its scale. It’s grand and elegant. We came to Paris and 2 other countries to see and experience the holiday season. The Hotel was decorated impeccably and elegantly with Flocked White Trees and twinkling white lights. The lobby area was breathtaking and elegant is as well. The common areas like the bar, dining room, and out door dining area was beyond grand. You felt special dining or having drinks there. The staff all dressed impeccably in Black Tie and all very polite and attentive. Once up in the suites, the rooms reminded me of elegant 1920’s salon with the amazing details and craftsmanship. There was deep dark lacquered wood, white marble, and chrome details everywhere, from the front door to the dressing room to the wash room, and main room. It was truly elegant. The oval wash room was one of the most elegant I’ve ever seen. We were welcomed with a plate of Macaroons, and fresh fruit. Every other day we were welcome by additional treats of pastries and fresh fruit. No other hotel I’ve stayed at has done this. Given all these wonderful things there were a few things that I would like to bring up that would make the experience better. The black marble in the wash room only looks amazing when it doesn’t have the white film of hard water on it. There are cleaning products that will clean that off and products that will keep it shiny and beautiful. I know that some guest can be disrespectful and some times damage the beautiful wood work, but have a team of people who can take care of these nicks and chips before they become worse. Best example is the Wynn Hotel in Vegas. The rooms are always impeccable with no signs of damage anywhere. With the number of people that goes through there they do an amazing job at making it look brand new. An incident that happened to us while staying at the hotel was that a couple of our purchases was sent to the wrong guest room. We stressed out to find out that it was not in our room. The contents were really expensive and we were leaving in the morning. The staff figured it out and retrieved our packages. They were very apologetic and gave a kind parting gift and to make it up for our next visit. Once when we had dinner reservations at Giraffe and we were running late, one of the staff members had the house driver take us to our restaurant. How amazing is that! One last call out for excellent service is to Tien Giang. He was so nice and helpful to us during our entire stay. He was always there to greet us and to see if we’ve had a nice day. Such a great guy! Also the concierges as well they made great recommendations for all of our dining requests. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends and will look forward to staying at the Peninsula in the future!!!
Be the first to ReplyVery beautiful hotel but terrible service and breakfast.
Very beautiful hotel, outstanding rooms and bathrooms, good location near the Champs Elysees but that’s about it. The breakfast is very expensive and only served “A La Carte”, there is no buffet, and, worst of all, there are no fruits available on the menu. The staff is terrible, the reservation manager Antony was completely useless and didn’t help us at all with our problem. The administration is not honest, they showed an offer on their website called “Indian Summer”, which included complimentary daily American breakfast for two during the time of our stay, but when we got there they said it was not available for us and didn’t give us any reasons for that. The swimming pool closes very early (before 22h the staff was already bothering and asking us to leave), which is unacceptable for this hotel category. Also, the shower box was leaking water beneath the door, making the bathroom floor completely wet after a bath. Last but not least, when we checked out they tried to charge us for some additional meals at the bar, which we didn’t take, and we had to ask them to correct the bill. I strongly recommend you to check your bills when checking out at this hotel.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent service and a beautiful hotel
My friends and I have previously visited The Peninsula in Hong Kong and therefore chose to visit The Peninsula for a celebratory drink at the Le Bar Kleber whilst we were in Paris. The hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent. We would personally like to thank the staff member Adam who was particularly friendly and attentive too. We can't wait to visit again soon!
Be the first to ReplySuch Elegant property!
We ended up staying in this property one night because our original hotel the Shangri -La was shut down due to no water. Anyway, the suite we were given was so elegant, modern and the bed was comfortable, it was a perfect set up for my husband and I and our daughter. She slept in the living room which was across the hallway from us and we also had a half bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and with the blackout drapes we overslept and almost missed our first Tour. Their welcome was so attentive and the suite was already waiting with champagne, macaroons and and Eiffel tower made of chocolate because it was my birthday. Rached the Director ro rooms was super helpful and attentive. This property is very close to many important sites. The only reason why we didn't stay here for the rest of the trip is because we promised our daughter to go back to the other hotel since we had a suite with a view of the Eiffel tower. But If we comeback to Paris we will for sure stay in this property.
Be the first to ReplyThe Perfect Parisian Hotel. Congratulations to the Peninsula team!
The quality of rooms, food, amenities, attentiveness, service and public areas of this hotel are second to none. On every occasion during our stay, the Peninsula did its very best to anticipate our needs and accommodate any additional requests we had. Even when we needed to make adjustments to plans, we have not once been disappointed. The location is also good, very close to L'Arc de Triomphe. I am very impressed with this hotel. I did a fair amount of research into all the famous "big name" hotels in Paris. I decided on the Peninsula on the strength of its reviews from the Tripadvisor community. Although this hotel is certainly well-known (but perhaps not one of the most famous) it is perhaps because it is a kind of secret that it also does not have any sense of pretension, or entitlement, and works harder, and in my opinion, is probably overall the best. Breakfasts are great. The Sunday Lunch buffet is clearly an institution and excellent. Every employee at the hotel is service-oriented and clearly has the single-minded wish to ensure their guests are looked after and made to feel at home. This was a family trip but previously on business trips I have been very fortunate to have stayed at many hotels in Paris from the extravagant (but tasteful luxury) of La Reserve to the noisy W Hotel. Without question, The Peninsula in Paris is my preferred choice and we will definitely be staying here again. We booked the Peninsula as a last-minute option with only two days notice and the team at the hotel made everything work. I am looking forward to the Peninsula opening in London (it is being built not far from Buckingham Palace) and hopeful they will also have their famous buffet there too! To everyone at the Peninsula in Paris, thank you from my family and me. We have loved our stay here thanks to your brilliant work.

We had just an amazing lunch. Food was as you can expect and the service at his best. Not to talk about the view. From the moment you enter in the hotel. You can see that all details have been thought.
Be the first to ReplyOne of Best Terrace In Paris With exceptional service
Wow, Incredible Views! Service and Drinks costs are worth the view. We spent 2 hours here. Got there right at open. 4pm. No food service yet until after 6:30, I think. Great place to relax and get great service. Loved it. Views of Eiffel and Sacre.
Be the first to ReplyThe palace of palaces!
Returning to Paris after the years of the pandemic was special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. So I narrowed my search to the 12 official palaces of Paris (higher level than five stars). I had stayed at the Peninsula in 2018 and I liked my experience. But I had not tried the famous Bristol or George V. After careful readings of different web site reviews, I decided to choose the Peninsula again. And it was a great decision. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful. We had a room facing an interior court so it was very silent: No noise of any kind. And the bed was exquisite. But that is not the best part. The service is out of this world. In a planet where the Covid has deeply affected services in all areas, the Peninsula has actually improved it. The staff is like an army of private butlers: Always polite and eager to help. My wife got sick from indigestion at some point and we called the hotel. It is not easy being a foreigner to know what to do in case of a health problem. The hotel had a doctor within 15 minutes in our room! And he really helped my wife. It was quite impressive the level of service and my standards are high! The location is a little further away than some other "big name" hotel but it's very close to the famous Arc de Triomphe. And there is the Champ d'Élysée where you can find anything 2 minutes away. I strongly recommend the "Oiseau Blanc" a two stars Michelin restaurant at the top of the hotel with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower. If there was one little things they could improve (if you really search hard) is the breakfast. It's still very very nice but not fantastic. But it did not affect our stay in any ways. Ah yes I forgot: we tried the spa treatments. It was a great experience and how relaxing it was. It's definitively worth it. I can't really imagine a better hotel than the Peninsula in all of Paris.
Be the first to Reply5 Star Gem
The Peninsula in Paris is a five-star hotel in every way. The rooms are spacious, incredibly appointed and spare nothing in terms of what you require during your stay. Every single person you encounter at this hotel are geared towards helping you enjoy your stay. The concierge‘s desk was incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants based upon the age of the children in our family as well as setting up and changing various airport shuttles that we required. The front desk was incredibly helpful and were very generous and accommodating revarding a sudden change that we had to make to a reservation due to the strike that afflicted a local airport. The Bellman were also incredibly helpful, at one point driving us to see the Eiffel Tower and at arranging for a taxi pick up halfway across the city at another hotel that they work well with. There are obviously many fine hotels in Paris given the destination. I honestly cannot imagine another hotel being better, from top to bottom, than the Peninsula.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing 5 star+ hotel in Paris
We spent 8 wonderful nights at the five star+ Peninsula Paris. The is our fourth Peninsula hotel around the world and we were expecting greatness here in Paris. Peninsula Paris delivered. Here is what we liked: 1. The building is a lovely old school Paris mansion beautifully redone with a complete update to all the modern features. The entry is cavernous and filled with marble. Impressive. 2. The hotel checked us in at 11:30am - no waiting. This after a 10 hour flight. Thanks again Peninsula. 3. Our junior suite was perfect for two persons. Lots of room with a large bath and huge closet. My wife loved the room’s soaking tub. Room 509 was quiet, night and day. The windows overlooking Boulevard Kleber were triple paned with wood shutters. 4. The breakfasts were sensational at LeLobby. Not cheap, but of the very highest quality. Obviously, the French pastries were in the best ever category. The egg dishes were huge and featured many ingredient options. 5. Every hotel staff member in every encounter was friendly, helpful and courteous. Several staff members actually learned my name after 2-3 days. 6. The room maids were so nice. They quickly brought every request such as extra bottled water. 7. The lower level pool and hot tub was fun although the men's steam room did not work. 8. Security was omnipresent. Subtle, but one could tell that many eyes were watching the entry and lobby. I felt secure. 9. The concierge team helped us with printing a document and provided helpful advice on area restaurants. 10. The only negative (and I mean only) was dinner at the Chinese restaurant. Overpriced for the poor quality food. On the other hand, their service was, you guessed it, great. Why would anyone consider another Paris 5star hotel? We will keep visiting other Peninsula hotels in other cities and look forward to a return here.

Great and excellent food at Lili Restaurant. The food was very delicious. 🙂 Nice place with very good ambiance. Perfect service from the waitress Daphnie. This is the best restaurant we have try. We highly recommend this place. You will never be dissapointed.

This was my first time staying here. It’s expensive and part of a chain, which I normally avoid, especially as Paris has some great boutique hotels. Having just spent five nights there I can now say it’s my favourite hotel in Paris. The staff know their stuff, remember your name and preferences, and whoever designed the hotel thought about details and what guests want and need. The room was huge- an upgrade I assume- and included a large walk in dressing room and round bathroom. There’s lots of automation but even I managed to figure it out. When I wanted a firmer pillow it appeared. Likewise razor blades and headache pills. Room service was quick, efficient and friendly. “The same breakfast as yesterday? Of course.” Champagne and chocolates were there as a gift when I arrived. I’m hard to please so I’ll say the shower pressure could have been stronger. The exterior is impressive and the public areas lavish but tasteful. Overall I’d give it 10/10. It has style but substance and never feels overpowering.
